It's almost there! It's only 1 week to go until the Japan Content Showcase 2014 starts.
We would like to remind important notices for you once again to help your visit more comfortable and productive.
□Registration Desk
Registration Desk is located in 1st floor of Hotel Grand Pacific LE DAIBA. As the Registration Desk is expected to be busy on 21st AM, please allow yourself to have enough time for your arrival.
■Opening Hours for Picking up ID badges @ Registration Desk
20th October（Mon） 2：00 PM ～ 9：00 PM
21st October（Tue） 8：30 AM ～ 6：30 PM
22nd October（Wed） 9：00 AM ～ 6：30 PM
23rd October（Thu） 9：00 AM ～ 5：30 PM
□Picking up your ID badge
You can pick up your ID badge ONLY at the Registration Desk at Grand Pacific LE DAIBA. This year, there is no option to pick-up your ID badge by post. Please come to the Registration Desk with ID Pick-up Barcode.
Before arriving to the venue, please confirm the following steps.

□For JCS Exhibitors: Bring-in and ID badges
・You can start bring-in from 2pm, 20th Oct (Mon).
・With regards to ID badge, the person in charge of each exhibition will be issued
not only his/her own ID badge, but also ID badges of Exhibitor Members and
Exhibitor Guests.
For those who are in charge of Exhibition, please come to the Registration Desk
between 2pm - 7pm on 20th Oct to pick up ID badges. The Exhibitor Package will
be provided with ID badges.
□Photo Registration
・If you have not finished your photo registration, please upload your face photo
at your own MY PAGE before your arrival.
If you arrive to the venue without photo registration, you will be asked to do a quick
photo shooting to issue photographic ID badge, which might keep you waited for a
while in the queue.
□Information Counter
Information Counter is located in B1 floor. For any inquiries, please feel free to come and ask at the Information Counter.
□Market Bag
・A market bag is equipped with the Guidebook and Screening and Event Information. It will be provided at the next to the Information Counter.
・S1 Market Bag per person.
